Excelling in stainless steel, cobalt chrome, and nickel alloy applications, this disc offers a superior solution thanks to 3M Precision-Shaped Grain — a proprietary technology re-engineered with curved sides — taking the legendary speed and life of 3M Cubitron Performance Abrasives to a whole new level by delivering outstanding cut rates and disc life. With the added convenience of the 3M Roloc Attachment System for fast and simple disc changeovers, the 3M Cubitron 3 Roloc Durable Edge Disc 1184F is a complete solution made to elevate your workflow. The 3M Cubitron 3 Roloc Durable Edge Disc 1184F is engineered to help operators take on tough tasks faster and with less fatigue. This is made possible through this disc's exceptionally high cut rate that requires less pressure than conventional abrasives, combined with the added benefit of an incorporated grinding aid to help keep the disc cooler on heat-sensitive metals, reducing metal discoloration/oxidation and the chance of heat-related stress cracks. This disc's durability also helps ensure operators can keep working for longer durations, utilizing a laminated 2-ply polyester backing with re-engineered 3M Precision-Shaped Grain, which slices cleanly through metal, wears evenly, and continuously self-sharpens as the points break off.
