The 3M NanoSHIELD LHV Series Hollow Fiber Filter Tube is specially designed to provide efficient particle retention for advanced photoresists and ancillary chemicals. Utilizing Hollow Fiber Technology (HFT), 3M NanoSHIELD Hollow Fiber filters deliver high flow rates with low hold-up volume, to minimize the waste of experimental photoresist formulations.
