The 3M Secure Click connection style enables a quick, simple connection of the cartridges. Simply align the connections on the facepiece and cartridge/filter and push until you hear a click. The innovative Secure Click connection helps provide wearers confidence that the cartridges/filters are installed properly. Also, the Secure Click cartridges/filters are dual-flow to allow easy breathing. Two dual-flow cartridges/filters on each respirator combine to create four airflow paths in the world’s first quad-flow cartridge/filter system providing breathability and comfort.
The 3M Secure Click Multi-Gas/Vapor Cartridge/Filter P100 D80926 is NIOSH-approved for use against certain organic vapors, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen chloride, chlorine/ammonia/methylamine/formaldehyde or chlorine dioxide or hydrogen fluoride or hydrogen sulfide and oil and non-oil based airborne particulate contaminants when used with approved 3M Secure Click facepieces. Refer to the 3M Respirator Selection Guide for a list of chemicals for which these cartridges/filters can be used. The D80926 is not for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or for sandblasting.
Change 3M Secure Click Multi-Gas/Vapor Cartridge/Filter P100 D80926 in accordance to your well-documented change-out schedule or earlier if smell, taste or irritation from contaminants is detected. Replace the cartridges/filters if it becomes damaged or if breathing becomes difficult.
