The 3M Wheel Weight Universal Cutting Tool PN61479 is used to easily cut 3M Wheel Weights to exact length. It's-easy-to-read scale determines exact weight in gram or 1/4 oz increments, plus it includes 3 replacement blades in the handle.
Stand and Deliver
The 3M Wheel Weight Cutter Stand PN61480 is designed for secure mounting to shop work area floors and adjusts in height for convenient placement within the customer’s work area. The holding tray for the self-dispensing package rotates 180 degrees to accommodate space and positioning of the stand.

3M Wheel Weight PN61404 is a 5 lb roll of 3M Wheel Weight PN61405. It is a 23 mm thick, low profile, lead-free, flexible, conformable weight used to balance tires. Cut to exact weight for better balance and ride, one product replaces dozens of clip on weights. The weight is corrosion and stain free and uses 3M Attachment Tape for superior performance.

The 3M Removal Tool PN99099 is included in the 3M Wheel Weight Starter Kit PN99101. It is intended to remove previously taped-on wheel weights from automotive rims without damaging the rim.

These wheel weights are made from a non-lead composite material. According to the EPA, approximately 1.6 million pounds of lead wheel weights are lost in the United States when they fall off during normal driving conditions. These weights can enter the environment in a variety of ways, including being washed into storm sewers or gathered during street cleaning and disposed of in landfills.
